Club Room Schedule Update

To better accommodate the varied schedules of our members across different departments, the executive committee, in coordination with university authorities, has updated the operating hours of our primary club room (Room 304, Academic Building 2).
New Schedule (Effective March 1, 2026):
- Weekdays (Monday - Friday): 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Sundays & Public Holidays: Closed
During these hours, members are free to use the space for group study, project meetings, accessing the club PCs, or just unwinding between classes. Please note that quiet hours are enforced between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM.
For booking the inner conference room for private team meetings, please reserve a slot using the online calendar at least 24 hours in advance.
